The Managing Director and major shareholder, David Todd has over 45 years of property experience and until recently was the founder and Chairman of Landmark Plc., a successful City based Serviced Office Company that established a highly regarded brand for almost two decades. The company was awarded UK Business Centre of the Year awards.
David’s experience in the property sector spanning over 4 decades as a principal, qualifies him as a property professional.
His love of classical architecture will be translated into many of the company’s projects however his life-long interest in contemporary art also points towards the development of cutting edge homes as and when the opportunities arise.

Mandii worked with David for 15 years at Landmark Plc as an Executive Assistant and Art Curator. As an artist herself , Mandii created many works for Landmark’s offices. Her extensive charitable work, creating public sculptures resulted in her becoming short listed for the New Zealander of the Year Award Ceremony in 2016.
Mandii will be curating the 202021 Art Collection and providing administrative support in relation to the Company’s UAL Sponsorship.
Mandii is a Co-Director of The Dragon Gallery for the last 5 years.
