The Managing Director and major shareholder, David Todd has over 45 years of property experience and until recently was the founder and Chairman  of Landmark Plc., a successful City based Serviced Office Company that established a highly regarded brand for almost two decades. The company was awarded UK Business Centre of the Year awards.

David’s experience in the property sector spanning over 4 decades as a principal,  qualifies him as a property professional.


His love of classical architecture will be translated into many of the company’s projects however his life-long interest in contemporary art also  points towards  the development of cutting edge homes as and when the opportunities arise.

M+A London is an award winning international design practice working in the commercial, leisure and residential sectors.

Offering bespoke solutions for large organisations and private clients, our understanding of the intricate connection between interiors and architecture enables us to create spaces that add value for the people who use them.

Jen Coates BA (Hons)  - Heritage Collective

Jen graduated from University of Newcastle Upon Tyne with a BA Hons in History. She has since held a number of roles in the heritage sector, including working for the National Archives, Heritage Lottery Fund and English Heritage. Jen's experience includes listed building applications, assessing the impact of setting on listed buildings and historical research. Her interest is in the physical legacy of the First World War heritage.

Heritage Collective is currently supporting Jen, who is about to begin the second and final year of a part-time MSc. in the Conservation of Buildings via Oxford Brooks University.

Heritage Collective offers a professional service helping to manage change within the historic built environment.  A wide and varied range of expertise are offered to clients in both the private and public sectors.

Mandii Pope - Mandii Pope Art

Mandii  worked with David for 15 years at Landmark Plc as an Executive Assistant and Art Curator. As an artist herself , Mandii created many works for Landmark’s offices. Her extensive charitable work, creating public sculptures resulted in her becoming short listed for the  New Zealander of the Year Award Ceremony in 2016.


Mandii will be curating the 202021 Art Collection and providing administrative support in relation to the Company’s UAL Sponsorship.
